Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your items back to the address specified in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
